I just want to say thank you again for the opportunity to be a part of PrideStaff's franchise system. Since I had worked for PrideStaff for 6 years as a Staffing Coordinator, Account Manager, Branch Manager and Regional Manager prior to becoming a Franchise Owner, I already knew what a terrific company PrideStaff is. Looking at PrideStaff now from a Franchise Owner's perspective, I can honestly say that I am even more impressed.
Many people have asked me, why didn't we just open up our own staffing service since I already had experience in the industry versus becoming a franchise. I always tell them that I truly appreciate the support I receive from PrideStaff's corporate office. They help me with everything from researching and implementing new technology to helping us be more competitive. Also, I have access to advice and
suggestions on issues including sales, recruiting, workers' comp, collections, hiring and training new associates and many more! I would have so much less time to focus on my core business if I had to pay attention to all of the things that PrideStaff takes care of for me. |

When my husband Randall and I got married 5 years ago, we sat down and discussed our finances and the best way we could invest for our future. That was when we made the decision to become franchise owners. Becoming a franchise owner was the best option for us to earn the money that we wanted to make, plan for our future and enable us to have the flexibility we wanted down the road. When I think of PrideStaff, three words immediately come to mind; honesty, integrity and quality.
David and I flew to CA from our home outside of Philadelphia, to do "due diligence" and meet the professionals at Home Office. We were pleased and impressed by what we saw. A group of people, dedicated to their work, eager to help, friendly and skilled, took time out of their busy day to meet with us. George set the tone, but everyone we met was professional, forthcoming and a pleasure to be with.
But it's easy to be on good behavior for a couple of days. What's difficult is keeping the standard up day after day, year after year. And PrideStaff has achieved that level of excellence. In the four years we have owned our franchise, we have never (and we mean never!) been disappointed with the support and help we have received and we have never had a promise broken.
"Exceeding expectations" is PrideStaff's stated mission. We got more than we ever expected when we signed on with PrideStaff. We became an integral part of a professional and honorable community where our colleagues quickly became our friends.
