- What does the PrideStaff franchise include?
The exclusive rights to the PrideStaff name, trademark and system to develop a staffing business within a protected geographic area.
- What is the Franchise Fee?
$16,500
- How much capital is required?
Pre-opening investment, excluding franchise fee, is
approximately $40K most of which can be financed.
In addition you will need working capital of $60K-$90K.
- What markets are available?
Since we intend to be a national firm, you will find that most major markets are still available. Click here for available territories.
- How long has PrideStaff been in business?
The company was founded in 1978, and commenced it’s expansion through franchising in 1995.
- Does my franchise agreement include a protected territory?
Yes. As a PrideStaff franchise holder, you will have the rights to an exclusive territory. By contract, other PrideStaff franchisees cannot open offices in your territory or call on prospective clients in your market.
- May I sell my PrideStaff franchise?
Yes, when certain conditions are met.
- Does PrideStaff help with site selection?
Yes, PrideStaff provides site selection advice and a visit to your area at no charge to you. Your success is our success. Our leadership team wants to take every possible measure to help us all succeed.
- How quickly can I get started?
An office can be up and running 90 days after the franchise agreement has been finalized.
- What type of financing does PrideStaff offer?
PrideStaff provides the financing you will need to pay temporary employees’ salaries including payroll and insurance costs. PrideStaff does not finance the initial investment, start-up costs for the facility or equipment to open a franchise.
- Is experience in the staffing industry required to become a PrideStaff franchisee?
Not at all. As a PrideStaff franchise holder, you will receive extensive training on our proprietary sales, marketing and operating procedures. Typically, our most successful franchisees have backgrounds in sales, operations or human resources.
- What type of ongoing support can I expect from PrideStaff?
The PrideStaff leadership team and home office staff will be there to support you before, during and long after your grand opening. Through a combination of onsite training, teleconferences, one-on-one coaching, our corporate intranet, and national meetings, you'll receive the support you need to thrive in your local market.
- Can I acquire the rights to multiple offices?
Yes. Several of our franchise holders have multiple PrideStaff offices. One of the unique opportunities we offer as a mid-sized franchiser is that many major metropolitan markets are still available.
